A GENTLEMAN
IN MOSCOW
Paramount+
Role: Supervising Art Director (2022-23)
Collaborating with Production Designer Victor Molero, Concept Artist Beatriz Márquez Picazo, and a talented team across the UK and Spain, we designed and built the iconic Metropol Hotel, as featured in Amor Towles' award-winning novel A Gentleman in Moscow. These images show concepts by Beatriz, and photos of our fully built set, crafted entirely from scratch on a soundstage in Manchester, rather than an existing location.

HAND-DRAWING

ARCHITECTURE
University of Bath
BSc Architecture, First Class Honours
My BSc Architecture final proposal placed a specialist biology laboratory in the City of Gloucester. Strategically, this scheme hoped to attract a colony of scientists to engage in new scientific thinking, but also to construct a place for public learning, interaction and mentorship to foster Gloucester’s aspiring young minds.
